The training itself is an energetic transmission.

It’s the awakening of the healer within — the part of you that knows how to bring yourself back into balance, peace, and harmony. Through Reiki, you’ll begin to release what no longer serves you and open up to the flow of universal life force energy that’s been within you all along.

This journey is one of self-discovery, as you start to see yourself with new clarity — beyond the layers of conditioning, fear, and being shaped by society. You’ll begin to understand your emotions, your energy, and your purpose from a place of compassion and curiosity.

It’s a path of self-healing, as you learn to work with energy to nurture your body, calm your mind, and soothe your soul. You’ll notice subtle shifts in your energy, your relationships, and your sense of connection with life itself.

And ultimately, it’s a journey of self-love — the remembering that you are already whole, already worthy, and already connected to something much greater than yourself. Reiki invites you to embrace every part of who you are, with tenderness and trust, as you return home to your true essence.

• The first teachings and fundamentals

• The science behind Reiki and energy

• In-person Reiki attunement or virtual attainment if on virtual training dates

• The energy body and chakra system

• Grounding and cleansing techniques

• Guided meditation & visualisation

• Intuitive Development and nervous system regulation

• Sound bath on first day of hybrid training to deepen your intention and connection (for those on virtual training a pre-recorded sound bath will be shared with you).

• Spaces are intentionally limited to small groups (4–6 people) to ensure every participant receives personal attention and support
